How long will it take for my products to arrive?

We offer fast shipping & handling so you can get your product as quickly as possible. Domestic orders received before 3pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day with the exception of major holidays.If your order doesn't make it out on the same day, not to worry! It will be shipped out the following business day. Please allow 2-4 business days for your package to arrive. In some specific cases, it may take up to 2 extra business days.If ordering from Canada, please allow 7-14 business days.

Can I take your products if I have a medical condition?

Primal Harvest products are intended for use by healthy adults over 18 years old. We recommend that you consult your physician before use if you are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications or are being treated for any medical condition.

Are there any allergy concerns with your products?

Our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy. Always review the label for the most accurate information, or consult a medical professional if you are unsure.

Do you offer special offers at the end of the checkout process? 

At times, we offer special discounts after a customer has purchased one of our products at the regular price (minus discounts, if available). These offers could be for the same product at a steep discount or a related product.

How many bottles/containers should I select when purchasing?

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unfortunately unable to amend your order after it has been completed. All orders are automatically processed and instructions are sent to our warehouse to send you your product(s) as quickly as possible. Please feel free to send us an email with your change request and we will assist you if possible.
Please kindly note that all customer support inquiries are handled in the order that they are received, and due to the nature of same-day shipping, we cannot guarantee a reply before your order is processed. However, we welcome returns within 90 days as per our return policy if you are not happy with your order.

What if I entered the wrong information at checkout?

We are unable to offer refunds for delivery complications caused by incorrect addresses, accidental orders, or for packages that are not collected in time. If you entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us and we will do all that we can to make it right. We kindly ask that you please take care to double check your details before placing your order.

Do you offer package protection?

We at Primal Harvest are happy to offer Route Package Protection at checkout for all orders. For a very small investment, Route helps to assure you a worry-free shipment, in addition to real-time alerts and tracking.

Although it is not required, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of this option as a way to protect your packages against theft, damage, and loss.
